Support Intake Specialist

The Center for Workforce Inclusion is recruiting for a Support Intake Specialist position within the Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program through a grant administered program which provides support to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Washington, DC.
Role and Responsibilities: Provide Intake responsibilities to implement the Workplace Solutions Program. This includes, but not limited to tracking and reporting, assessing the type of mediation service needed as well as other conflict management services working with our internal shared neutrals and the with Federal Mediation and Conflict Services IA. Consulting and working closely with requesters and management to connect them with mediators and facilitators.
Duties include:
- Coordinating Mediation Services with users and other stakeholders. Creating and designing Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting on series of measures and metrics to ensure quality program performance. Interpreting policy and guidance on program services to potential users of the Workplace Solutions program.
- Work with Program Managers on developing strategies and promotional and marketing techniques based on data to ensure effectiveness and promote the program across the agency. Work with EED Program Managers to design effective CMS Pages (Internal Web Pages) to ensure the messaging is accurate and easy to understand by the user.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements: Successful candidates must meet the age criteria of being 55 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States; able to pass a Federal Background check; BA/BS, 5-10 years’ experience in WPS; Candidates should possess experience in Mediation and Conflict services Intake responsibilities - data collection, data analysis, reporting on ADR services. Certification in Conflict Mediation, demonstrated ability to organize, manage; multi-task, Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook; strong oral and written communication.
Hours & Compensation: Full-Time position working 40 hours per week @ $18.01 per hour. Hybrid work schedule.
