We are the largest and oldest not-for-profit provider of mental/chemical dependency treatment in southwest Washington with 200 employees and a history dating back to 1942.

Exciting opportunity for a qualified Therapist I, II or III to provide mental health treatment and therapy assessment to children and family. To provide documentation under state laws. Coordinates with community resources to gain and exchange information. Supports the services that therapist provide to clients.

Starting Pay Range -

Therapist I Masters (in Clinical Counseling / Social Work)- $26.00- $29.96
Therapist II (Licensed LMHCA / LICSWA / LMFTA) - $27.04 - $30.87
Therapist III (Licensed LMHC / LICSW / LMFT) - $31.72 - $34.29

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide clinical services to include assessment treatment planning, individual/family, case management and group therapy to child consumers.
  • Provide crisis intervention services to assigned clients as necessary.
  • Establish appropriate and therapeutic relationships with assigned clients.
  • Maintain all required paperwork/charting requirements as established by agency contracts.
  • Work collaboratively with community partners.

Non-essential Job Functions:

  • Support agency mission, goals, and objectives.
  • Attend staff and planning meetings as scheduled.
  • Maintain communication and cooperative working relationships both within the agency and community at large.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Work Experience Requirements:

More than 2 years of therapist experience. Having the knowledge of variety of clinical and therapeutic interventions. Extensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses.

Education Requirements:

Master's Degree
