Job Summary:


The Product Engagement Specialist at Sky Systemz is a dynamic and pivotal role, dedicated to representing our cutting-edge products at trade shows and conferences. This position is the face of Sky Systemz in diverse industry events, responsible for engaging with potential clients, partners, and the general public to demonstrate the functionality and benefits of our products. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, enjoys interactive presentations, and is skilled in communication, ready to travel extensively to various events and create memorable experiences for our audience.

Currently, we are developing a next generation payment platform and neobanking service. Our mission is to build software solutions that solve big problems for business verticals that have been overlooked by out of the box business software products—helping our customers grow, save money, and operate more efficiently.

You are a talented and charismatic individual. You have some experience in sales or marketing and like to travel. You have experience with technology and are comfortable demonstrating software products in a fast paced environment. You have a passion for learning and are interested in the payment industry. 

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Event Representation: Serve as the primary representative of Sky Systemz at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Ensure our booth or presentation area is welcoming, professionally organized, and embodies the innovative spirit of our brand.


  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of Sky Systemz products, articulately explaining features, benefits, and potential applications. Tailor demonstrations to suit the interests of each audience, highlighting how our solutions meet their needs.


  • Engagement and Interaction: Actively engage with event attendees, initiating conversations to understand their business challenges and demonstrating how Sky Systemz products can provide value. Collect feedback and insights to share with our product development and marketing teams.


  • Educational Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations that educate the audience about our products and industry trends. Ensure that all materials and messaging are in line with the Sky Systemz brand and communication guidelines.


  • Lead Generation: Collect contact information from potential leads and provide them with relevant product literature. Follow up with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from initial interest to potential sales opportunities.


  • Brand Ambassador: Uphold and promote the Sky Systemz brand image with professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm. Become a go-to resource for information about our products and services, contributing to our overall marketing and sales strategy.


  • Event Coordination Support: Assist in planning and logistics for trade show participation, including booth setup, promotional materials, and technology requirements. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand presentation.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in tech demonstrations, sales, or marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a variety of audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by trade show schedules.
  • A passion for technology and an eagerness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners.
