Our client is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team and handle US payroll inquiries. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of payroll processes, including US payroll taxes, and the ability to provide accurate and timely assistance to employees regarding their payroll-related concerns. We have multiple openings available for CSR 1, CSR 2, and CSR 3 levels, each with increasing responsibilities and expertise.


As a member of our team, you will:

  • Perform all CSR 1 responsibilities with added expertise and efficiency.
  • Handle more complex payroll inquiries and issues, including those related to overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of payroll accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Provide in-depth guidance to employees on payroll policies, procedures, and tax withholdings.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports and statements.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:

We're looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of US payroll laws and regulations, including payroll taxes.
  • Proven ability to handle more complex payroll issues and processes.
