This opportunity is open to anyone who wants to enthusiastically pursue a successful career in automotive sales and leasing. You DO NOT NEED PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE (we actually prefer it if you don’t). If you are willing to work hard and provide our customers with a positive, informative, and comfortable buying experience, you will love working here.

Job Responsibilities

·         Greet guests and discern their automotive needs and goals.·         Demonstrate products that meet those goals.·         Test drive vehicles with our guests highlighting the features and benefits of each.·         Present purchasing or leasing options in a candid, competent manner.·         Facilitate the completion of all related paperwork.·         Fully utilize customer relation and other related software to maintain close customer relations via phone, email, and any other means necessary to assure customer satisfaction.·         Remain in contact with customer base to assure a good ownership experience and to expand the dealership customer base through repeat and referral business.·         Prospect for additional business opportunities.·         Satisfactorily complete all training programs and maintain required customer satisfaction indexes.
