FUNDING ADMINISTRATOR
Position Overview:
At H.M. Brown & Associates our funding support team is responsible for processing deals and sending contract packets to banks. As a Funding Administrator, you must have the strong ability to communicate and work together with the sales team in order to get deals processed and funded in a timely manner. This position is full-time and requires an individual who is extremely detail oriented, dedicated and reliable with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Primary Duties:
- Issuing checks
- Preparing bank packages
- Processing customer paperwork
- Researching problems, communicating and working with brokers on required documents needed for funding transactions
- Prepare drafts for dealers
- Prepare dealer packets
- Create trade folders
- Enter information into spreadsheets with a high level of detail and accuracy
- Verify insurance on applicable deals
- Produce daily and end of month reports for the Senior Accounting Manager
- Accounting experience posting deals
** Additional duties as requested by the Senior Accounting Manager and General Manager
Position Offers:
- $23-$26 per hour + performance bonus

Minimum Requirements:
- Detail oriented person with a high mathematical aptitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude
- Proficient knowledge of working with Excel and spreadsheets
- Must possess a positive attitude while working in a team environment, as well as independently when needed
- Must be able to meet deadlines with flexibility in hours when required specifically during funding cut off dates
- Two-year Accounting degree or applicable work experience preferred
- A Win-Win-Win customer-centric attitude is a must and required by all H.M. Brown employees
- Before being hired, H.M. Brown requires pre-employment screenings, including but not limited to a drug screen, and 7 Year Criminal Background.
Pay range is based on experience and qualifications: $23.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
