This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our brand marketing strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing operational excellence, managing campaigns and initiatives, producing brand content efforts, and coordinating trade show logistics, all to align with Richardson’s overarching business goals and objectives.

You are organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused with high emotional intelligence and expertise in brand management and marketing operations. You excel at managing complex projects and thrive in collaborative environments. You possess a deep understanding of marketing campaigns, project management, content production, trade show logistics, creative strategy, and vendor management. You are adept at using tools for digital marketing, project management, and analytics.


Who You’ll Work With

This role reports to Richardson’s Marketing Director. You will work directly with Richardson’s Marketing Specialist and Brand Design team, as well as cross-functionally with the greater Richardson organization. You will also collaborate with and help guide external partners and agencies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the tactical execution of brand marketing initiatives, including campaigns, content production, social media, email marketing, and other activities.
  • Lead marketing project management to ensure all marketing efforts are executed on time, on budget, and within brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate and manage trade show and experiential marketing efforts, ensuring they align with brand objectives, hit budgetary expectations, and deliver a cohesive brand experience.
  • Work with cross-functional team members to brief and produce brand content shoots that create compelling content to resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing tactics that align with the brand's objectives and goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to execute campaigns and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and implement paid media tactics across various platforms in alignment with brand strategy, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Help manage the brand calendar to ensure alignment between marketing, design, and across business units.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, influencers, sponsorship partners, and other key stakeholders to help promote the brand and its products while increasing brand engagement.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track campaign performance metrics to ensure ROI goals are met.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance to inform future strategies and key stakeholders.
Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 5-7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, social media management, marketing operations, and/or with a marketing agency.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns from inception to execution.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience with trade show planning and logistics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a drive for interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Ability to write and deliver an inspiring and strategic creative brief.
  • Apparel or sporting goods industry experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of social media management, paid media strategies and tactics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Creative problem-solver with a flexible mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • High emotional intelligence with a team-first mindset.
  • A love for sports and the outdoors is a plus.
  • Familiarity or proficiency with digital marketing, CRM, DAM, and project management tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, Canto, Figma, GA4, and WordPress is highly desired.

This is an on-site role at Richardson's headquarters in Springfield, Oregon. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
