Service Business Development Representative - Join our Energetic Team

Job Description: Are you an energetic and motivated individual with a passion for driving results? We're expanding our Service Business Development Call Center and looking for self-motivated individuals like you to join our dynamic team. As a Service Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in our growth, connecting with potential clients, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Identify client needs and provide information on how our services can address their requirements.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies for improving performance.

Qualifications:

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation are a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is a plus.
