Job Summary:

This temporary, full-time, six-month engagement role supports PSE’s marketing functions during the absence of our Senior Marketing Specialist. The role will include ensuring the brand is reinforced throughout the organization, managing PSE’s website and social media accounts, and coordinating conferences and events, both internal and external. Must be passionate about supporting clients and the communities they serve to advance society for the good of all, see every complex project as a chance to make a mark on the future, and provide clear, balanced guidance needed for long-term success. Marketing will be the primary focus and priority; however, this role will also include administrative tasks to support the Operations group as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing presence by registering colleagues for tradeshows and conferences. Ensure brand strength by highlighting presence and speakers on social media. Properly manage all logistics including company-wide calendar, attendee registrations, booth management, furniture, and materials.
  • Manage company website and intranet page and coordinate corresponding activities.
  • Manage company social media sites and coordinate corresponding activities. Track activities and identify risks to PSE (ensuring there aren’t negative comments being made on sites).
  • Coordinate and track national and statewide association memberships.
  • Company marketing brochures and materials; coordinate printing and distribution.
  • Help ensure mission statement, values, initiatives, and activities are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
  • Help ensure internal and external communication messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization.
  • Create graphic elements and assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Maintain and manage inventory of all marketing materials including PSE swag, stock photography, holiday and thank you cards, and digital marketing assets, certificates, letters, etc.
  • Maintain client marketing and distribution list with new 2024 client and prospect information.
  • Support the Operations department by performing administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum one year experience in a marketing role

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Excited and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment and achieve team goals
