Duties and Responsibilities • Support Marketing Specialist on Utility Rebate Programs for Gensco and Slakey • Support Gensco and Slakey Dealer Co-op Programs • Process Marketing Promotion Payouts for Equipment, Supplies and Plumbing Channels • Code and reconcile Gensco and Slakey credit card processing • Very proficient with operating a personal computer and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software • Maintain promo room and storage • Perform administrative support tasks

Education/Experience/Skills • Two-year college degree preferred • Appropriate prior work experience • Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve appropriately • Strong decision-making abilities, understands impact and implications of decisions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to organize and get the job done • Able to communicate with the public in person and on the phone • Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout the facility(s) • Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies, and inventory on a frequent basis
