Estimating Support:
- Creating temp holding folders for new potential bids and routing bid documents.
- Setting up bidding folders and routing bidding files to their correct locations.
- Then creating PlanGrid projects and new OST bids for their corresponding projects.
- Followed by uploading the drawings sheets and ordering physical copies of drawings.


Project Manager Support:
- Routing RFI's, Submittals, Shop Drawings, Schedules and etc.. and publishing markups to their designated drawing sheets. Updating RFI Log information. Then sending email confirmation to project foreman & supers with attached routing documents.
- Issuing EWA #'s for designated projects and storing email documentation for directed extra work. Create p;drive folder and new line item on PCO tab in coins. Adding paperclip documents and approved date to new PCO line item in coins.
- Pricing EWA's and inputting them into coins using material quotes and foreman field tickets. Needs to be done by EOD Wednesday. (Including Sub Tickets)
- Inputting priced COR's into coins using COR's quick bid reports and backup documentation. Then creating approved field copies with cost codes for project foreman available labor hours. Followed by routing any backup email documentation for directed extra work. Opening labor
codes in coins. Then routing approved copy to PlanGrid and sending email conformation to the field.
- Assembling COR customer pending logs with coins exported PCO reports. Done by using a COR spreadsheet template and PCO reports. Then sending to projects PM by 1:00pm Thursday.
- Overlaying new drawing sets for awarded projects using PlanGrid and OneNote.
- Uploading new cost codes to specified projects in coins.
- Hold Harmless Agreements – Send HHA requirements to sub-contractors, review and verify all required documents are received, route HHA for signature, email subs, Foreman and PM of approval. File.
- Service Work Jobs – Enter in PCO’s on this job.

Construction Manager | Field Support
- Verification of Employment, Direct deposit / wage changes
- Weekly Check list Stuff envelopes
- Input all employee information, input and/or upload all certifications and trainings. Run reports when needed. All through UKG. Francisco handled but Michelle is now uploading for onboarding.


Admin Support:
- Assist as needed
