- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of homecare services and improve the overall client experience.
- Provide training and support to staff members on the use of integrated technology platforms and systems.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to facilitate the adoption and utilization of integrated systems.
- Serve as a resource for staff members, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Develop and maintain data management protocols and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of client and operational data.
- Generate reports and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor operational metrics, and evaluate the effectiveness of integrated systems.
- Utilize data insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in homecare operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing the use of technology in healthcare, including HIPAA regulations and data security requirements.
- Implement measures to safeguard sensitive information and protect the privacy and confidentiality of client data.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare technology integration, preferably in the homecare or healthcare industry.
- Willing to travel to the various NJ locations on a weekly basis.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects effectively.
- Proficiency in system integration methodologies, standards, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and data security standards, including HIPAA compliance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
