Workday Integration Specialist

Meta's People Engineering Team is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Engineer to join their team. As a Workday Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in re-imagining productivity by shipping transformative products that serve Meta's employees and business groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert on large collections of Workday integrations
Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday Integrations
Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life-cycle
Work with business stakeholders to determine problem areas and overall impact of projects
Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management and business leaders. Develop plans to move forward the overall Workday strategy for Meta
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field
8+ years of experience working in Workday
At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integrations experience
6+ years of experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
6+ years experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields
6+ years' experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
Enthusiastic about solving complex, system-to-system integration problems
Familiarity with Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration, data loads, payroll configurations and maintenance
Proven record of accomplishment of effectively interacting with large sets of internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders and users
Experience in Workday Extend based application implementation
Experience driving large architectural changes involving Workday and other systems
Compensation:
$166,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
