Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of engineering changes, from initiation to implementation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.
- Own the material master data within SAP, including the creation, maintenance, and validation of data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all product lines.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to coordinate and implement changes effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for engineering changes and material master data processes.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for data management and change control to the R&D team.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the change management process and enhance data quality.
- Ensure that all engineering documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible for reference and compliance purposes.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering change management and material master data maintenance, preferably in an R&D or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with SAP, CAD data management software (Solidworks Vault preferred)
- Strong understanding of engineering processes and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills.
