What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee lease operations to ensure wells are producing at maximum rates and equipment is operating safely and efficiently
  • Accurately measure and report daily production, and troubleshoot any operational issues
  • Regularly inspect facilities for safety and environmental compliance
  • Maintain accurate records, including production data, seal records, and safety equipment usage
  • Provide recommendations to optimize production and profitability
  • Participate in safety meetings and adhere to safety regulations and procedures

 

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with lease equipment and its functions
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to anticipate problems and develop solutions independently
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in reporting
  • Safety-conscious mindset and good communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 10-100 pounds as needed, and occasionally squat, crawl, or climb
