Braman Miami is actively looking to add a General Sales Manager to our growing team As an Automotive General Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our dealership's sales performance and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the sales team, motivating them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
- Consistently meet departmental sales objectives/targets and manage the team's daily activity needed for expected results.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
- Setting a clear vision and goals for the team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
- Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual action plans to improve performance and results.
- Experience and desire to work with technology.
- Oversee inventory levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive General Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
- Cadillac Experience Preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a dealership environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Must
