Position Summary
As a CSR Intern at Skyscraper Insurance Services, you will play a vital role in supporting our customer service team in delivering outstanding service to our clients. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of customer support, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Providing accurate information about insurance products, services, and policies to customers.
Assisting customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and coverage questions.
Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Contributing to ongoing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
