Summary:

  • We are seeking a talented and self-motivated IT Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation and security of IT infrastructure.

  • Maintain and enhance technical systems, support staff, and contribute to IT process development.

  • Demonstrate initiative and strong time management skills.

  • Efficiently manage ticket queues and provide onsite support.

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016 and later.

  • Support and manage desktop operating systems and applications.

  • Handle email administration, including user management and troubleshooting.

  • Troubleshoot and triage monitoring system alerts for systems and networks.

  • Perform basic virtualization administration and manage virtual machines.

  • Manage domain functionality, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.

  • Troubleshoot Windows and mobile OS hardware/software issues, Remote Desktop Services, VPN, and Office 365 (Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams) using GUI and PowerShell.

  • Familiar with patch and vulnerability management, Microsoft AutoPilot, and backup solutions.

  • Proficient in troubleshooting common remote solutions and A/V equipment.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 4 years in IT).

  • US Person status.

  • Minimum 1 year of IT experience (helpdesk/service desk/MSP).

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

  • Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and work on computers.

  • Located at Bridgeport, WV facility.

Desired Skills:

  • Security+ (CompTIA Security+), MS-900 / AZ-900 certifications.

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., MSP).

  • Strong domain functionality, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Proficient with Remote Desktop Services, VPN, Office 365, patch management, Microsoft AutoPilot, and backup solutions.

  • Basic understanding of core network components and A/V equipment.
