POSITION SUMMARY: Under direction from the Hotel Maintenance Supervisor, will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs in Guest rooms/suites, meeting spaces, restaurant and common areas including building interiors and exteriors and pool.

THESE WILL BE YOUR DUTIES:

· Responsible for engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel/lodge, hotel/lodge property, restaurant, meeting rooms and grounds.

· Responds to all building related safety concerns.

· Supports hotel/lodge departmental maintenance programs and executes daily, weekly and monthly checklists.

· Deals with Guest related concerns.

· Maintains Guest rooms, public space, and back of the hotel areas in good repair by performing various tasks related to a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering and tiling to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel.

· Cleans and maintains pool and spa.

· Operates forklifts, scissor lifts, tractor, dollies and other basic loading and unloading equipment as required.

· Drives vehicles to transport materials such as furniture, supplies or equipment as required.

THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1. Education: High School Diploma, GED or Equivalency

2. Work Experience: Three (3) years of resort or hotel maintenance experience

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

a. Knowledge of building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques.

b. Skill in applying building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques.

c. Ability to use power hand tools and equipment.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements: Pool/Spa Certification (CPO)

5. Be at least 18 years of age.

6. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
