Requirements
Community Managers- Starting Pay: $55,000/year
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of apartment community operations. Assistant Managers - Starting Pay: $18/hour
In this role, you will work closely with the Community Manager to support day-to-day operations. The ideal Assistant Manager will have excellent organizational abilities, superb customer service skills, and the flexibility to handle a wide range of duties.
Leasing Specialists - Starting Pay: $16/hour
As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the face of our communities, responsible for generating leads, conducting property tours, and signing new leases. We seek candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills, a talent for sales, and a drive to deliver an outstanding leasing experience.
Maintenance Technicians - Starting Pay: $20/hour
Our Maintenance Technicians are the backbone of our communities, ensuring that all apartment homes and common areas are well-maintained and in optimal condition. Successful candidates will have hands-on experience with building systems, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Make Ready Technicians - Starting Pay: $16/hour
Make Ready Technicians play a crucial role in preparing vacant apartments for new residents. This includes cleaning, painting, and completing minor repairs to ensure each home is move-in ready. We seek individuals with attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the physical stamina to complete these important tasks.
