Shoes For Crews, LLC (SFC) is a dynamic designer, manufacturer and business-to-business marketer of the most technologically advanced, top-rated slip-resistant footwear for the foodservice, hospitality, industrial, and healthcare workplaces. Essential Job Functions:
- Support Operations Department with a variety of tasks such as updating processing receipts and maintaining purchase order records, computer tracking
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Drive the duty drawback process
- Process inbound receipts in MAS and AREV
- Generate ASN’s for material receipt
- Item Set up – Vendor set up in AREV / OI
- Meet deadlines for completion of the delegated task
- Provides internal and external department support
- Maintain monthly purchase order files
• Validate invoices
- Develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary
- Performs related / additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of related work experience
• The ability to work a full-time / part-time schedule
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong product knowledge
- Good mathematical and analysis skills
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
• Accurate and professional written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and planning skills
- Driven to meet goals, generate results and overcome objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MAS, Sage 100 computer systems
Education:
- Minimum of a high school diploma general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education
