Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in "other related duties as assigned":

  • Processing of Imaging copier and software sales orders.
  • Audit of CRM quote and associated order paperwork.
  • Data entry/import of new orders.
  • Invoicing of sales orders.
  • Validation of service rates.
  • Audit of orders with use of specific vendor programs.
  • Creation of lease MFD and equipment breakdown paperwork for billing.
  • Knowledge of departmental coding for revenue in orders.
  • Communication with Commissions department and other internal departments, as needed.
  • Work with internal and external customers to resolve billing issues.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of two days in office
  • Knowledge of EA and CRM based software is preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through skills.
  • Works well under pressure with ability to achieve deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work with detailed information accurately.
  • Ability to effectively deal with highly complex, confidential, and sensitive information.
  • Excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
