Experience:

- Geographic Information Systems (DAT): Skills in DAT software for spatial analysis and mapping.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex traffic situations and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, preparing reports, and presenting findings.
- Problem-Solving: Capability to develop innovative solutions to traffic management challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in planning and analyzing traffic systems and regulations.
- Customer Service: Able to be friendly towards our drivers and customers.
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and Quick to respond and adapt to new challenges.
- Traffic Principles: Understanding of traffic flow, signal control, and road design.
- Regulations and Standards: Familiarity with local, regional, and national transportation regulations and standards.
- Urban Planning: Knowledge of land use, zoning laws, and how they impact traffic flow and planning.
- Project Management: Ability to manage traffic planning projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination.
- Quickbooks: Able to work on quickbooks creating invoices.
- Load Planner: Able to schedule drops and pickups preferably in same area.
- Negotiate: Negotiation skills are required to schedule loads.
