Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining beautiful, safe, and welcoming environments for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment complex grounds, including lawns, walkways, parking lots, and common areas.
- Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and weeding.
- Remove debris, trash, and litter from the grounds daily.
- Ensure that all outdoor facilities, including playgrounds, pool areas, and recreation spaces, are clean and in good repair.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed, such as painting, pressure washing, and basic repairs.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the property manager.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent. - Must be 18 or older
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff members.
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required
