About the Position:

As a Mortgage Sales Coach, you will collaborate with a proficient team of specialists, playing a vital role in enhancing the performance of our mortgage sales team. Your primary focus will involve nurturing and assisting our sales representatives, equipping them with the essential knowledge and skills to thrive in their roles.


What We Provide:

Compensation:

$120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of the mortgage sales team in sales techniques and mortgage products
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies and goals to elevate mortgage loan production and meet revenue objectives
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and constructive feedback to individual mortgage sales team members to improve their sales performance and achieve sales targets
  • Evaluate sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with management to establish and deploy training initiatives and tools that support the professional development of the mortgage sales team
Qualifications:

  • Develop strategic plans and execute them effectively to increase mortgage loan production and achieve revenue objectives
  • Provide personalized guidance and feedback to boost the sales performance of mortgage sales team members
  • Possess essential strategic and analytical thinking skills required for success in the mortgage industry
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Showcase industry-leading knowledge and proficiency in relevant systems and tools
  • Create and implement efficient sales strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to successfully reach sales targets
