A TYPICAL DAY

As a Dental Office Call Center Rep, you're the glue that holds our patients' dental care journey together. Your main duties include scheduling appointments, answering phones with a warm demeanor, and ensuring timely appointment confirmations. With your stellar organizational skills and attention to detail, you keep our schedule running smoothly while ensuring every patient feels valued and supported. WHAT'S NEEDED

All you need is a high school diploma and preferred traits like being bilingual, energetic, and upbeat. Our typical schedule includes Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and rotating Fridays from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
