A great company is needing a Site Technical Leader for one of their plants in the SouthWest. You will lead all things technical: manufacturing maintenance, facilities, and engineering. Reporting into the Plant Manager and sitting on the site leadership team, the plant runs 24/7 and has about 1000 team members in total. The new Technical Leader will have several direct reports and a team of about 90. The Plant Manager is looking for someone with strong maintenance and maintenance leadership experience as well as solid process engineering background in a highly automated, complex manufacturing environment. Of course, having thin gauge thermoforming experience would be ideal
