Manufacturing Coordinator

Nutrenare-Ag is a company dedicated to manufacture agricultural specialty products involved into the physiology and nutrition of the plants, was born in 2005 from parent company COSMOCEL, a growing company in the agriculture industry, establishing its first USA manufacturing facility in September 2013, in Waxahachie TX.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 3+ years of Production Management experience (production schedules and reports, KPI's Inventories)
• 1+ years of Process Engineering experience (process control variables, problem solving tools)
• Leadership, Organization and Strategic thinking.
• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
• Manage of SIMA (production software) to create and close WO.
• Manage of raw material and packaging inventories.
• Responsible for updates, changes and reviews of Protocols, Work instructions and visual Aid’s, Following QCS.
• Lead and motivate team to work with high order and cleaning.
