To be successful in this role you will need:
3+ years demonstrated sales leadership experience in the office technology industry required (copiers, printers)
Experience building a successful sales team
Ability to influence others through coaching versus directing
Ability to hold others accountable
To be data driven, identifying data to be collected to monitor sales progress and then the ability to look at the data to form conclusions and create plans
Proactive self-starter who is adaptable and resourceful with the ability to work independently
The ability to work in our Northbrook, Illinois, office. This is not a hybrid nor a remote position
