We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to enhance our finance department. If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for making a difference, we want you on our team
Responsibilities:
- Support Finance Team in maintaining accurate financial records and statements.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including ledger management and bank reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial audits.
- Provide financial data and support to management as needed.
- Perform a variety of routine to complex clerical/accounting functions to support the team.
- Provide backup coverage/support for reception.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Some accounting experience, with emphasis on accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Licensure/Certification: Valid driver’s license.
Other: TB test, pre-employment drug/alcohol screening, criminal background check and satisfactory driving record.
