Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Night Cook. This position involves preparing high-quality meals and ensuring exceptional food service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of food items according to established recipes and guidelines to meet service schedules.
  • Ensure meals are served with proper portioning and at the correct temperature, while maintaining an appealing presentation.
  • Follow ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records of service periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by cleaning up after food preparation and service, adhering to safe food-handling practices.
  • Keep storage areas organized and ensure that food and supplies are stored according to standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently as instructed.
  • Assist with production planning and record-keeping as necessary.
  • Participate in the ordering and receiving of food and supplies.
  • Report any maintenance needs or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
