Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple clinics and ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. Some travel will be required between clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of current and future medical clinics
- Ensure that all clinics are operating efficiently and effectively
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor clinic budgets and financial performance
- Collaborate with medical providers to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Ensure that all clinics are adequately staffed and equipped
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
- Phone Triage
- Exam room setup if necessary
- Scheduling
- Bilingual a plus
