Job Summary:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless operations within our office. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and meticulous attention to detail to support our clinical team and enhance the patient experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction: Warmly greet and assist patients in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently handle patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming, to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Patient Records: Accurately maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Communication: Serve as the key liaison between patients and dental staff, conveying clear and effective information about treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints with professionalism to guarantee a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a dental office is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
