Position: Accounting Services Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Accounting Services Specialist to support our financial operations and ensure our continued success.
What You'll Do:
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, prepare payment runs, and reconcile vendor statements to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Customer Account Management: Create and maintain fuel customer accounts, handle inquiries, and generate invoices to ensure our customers are always well-served.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, assist in the preparation of financial statements, and provide valuable insights for management decisions.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards, maintaining organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the finance team and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of fuel industry accounting practices is a plus.
