Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ranging from 300 to 500 daily.
  • Evaluate and screen prospective customers seeking enrollment in our financial programs.
  • Utilize prescribed scripts and training materials to effectively handle objections and furnish detailed information.
  • Set and attain targets while meeting defined benchmarks for success.
  • Excel in a fast-paced setting, showcasing strong organizational skills.
  • Foster teamwork by actively participating in team activities, competitions, and incentive programs.


Qualifications:

  • Have at least 6 months of experience in a call center or a role involving handling high call volumes (e.g., front desk).
  • Able to commute daily to the Irvine, CA office (Remote work is not an option).
  • Familiarity with the necessary technology for managing leads and documenting conversations.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.    

  

More about the role:

Interested in compensation? As an Intake Specialist, you'll receive a base pay of $18.00 per hour, along with commission for every lead successfully converted into a new customer. Remote work is not an option.
