We're currently seeking Full-Time Intake Specialists to join our team at our Irvine, CA office. Experience flexible hours, great perks, and the opportunity to be a part of an organization that's consistently recognized as one of the top workplaces Responsibilities: + Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ranging from 300 to 500 daily. + Evaluate and screen prospective customers seeking enrollment in our financial programs. + Utilize prescribed scripts and training materials to effectively handle objections and furnish detailed information. + Set and attain targets while meeting defined benchmarks for success. + Excel in a fast-paced setting, showcasing strong organizational skills. + Foster teamwork by actively participating in team activities, competitions, and incentive programs. Qualifications: + Have at least 6 months of experience in a call center or a role involving handling high call volumes (e.g., front desk). + Able to commute daily to the Irvine, CA office ( Remote work is not an option ). + Familiarity with the necessary technology for managing leads and documenting conversations. + Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. + Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship. As an Intake Specialist, you'll receive a base pay of $18.00 per hour, along with commission for every lead successfully converted into a new customer.
