Key Responsibilities:
- Cover open shifts and efficiently manage client care schedules.
- Handle timesheet pickups and deliver essential supplies to clients.
- Conduct regular supervisor visits and engage in meaningful companionship.
- Prepare nutritious meals, assist with light housekeeping, and perform laundry tasks.
- Run errands, shop for groceries, and coordinate recreational activities.
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with Alzheimers care, mobility, transferring, and medication reminders.
- Participate in ongoing training and complete necessary orientations.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Willingness to travel up to 1 hour from Grand Rapids.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
- Flexible availability for various shifts (day, evening, night).
- Prior caregiving experience (professional or family) is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Competitive pay between $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
- Flexible scheduling with options for 10-hour, 12-hour, and 4-hour shifts.
