  • Develop the procurement planning process for the business to successfully execute supply chain strategy and meet customer demand.
  • Leading the sourcing team with members operating across multiple global locations and time zones. (Global team and supplier mapping)
  • Represent the sourcing function in S&OP and participate monthly with the management team.
  • Contribute to development of annual budgets with item level forecasting and plans to achieve inventory and budgetary goals with monthly MIS update.
  • Partnering discussion with sales and marketing to develop and track packaging change.
  • Owning the tracking, alignment and liquidation of inventory and avoid any financial loss.
  • Liaison with finance to track performance against sourcing KPIs of inventory and SLOB.
  • Participate in the production planning process with material availability details and ensuring no impact on production due to material shortage.
  • Ensuring to get all RM/PM risk highlighted before production plan is signed with production team so that organization’s service level goals are delivered.
  • Ensuring data accuracy while creating purchase orders and adherence to SOP.
  • Leading the vendor management, sourcing/supplier relationship and alternate vendor development agenda for best sourcing rates & service levels for the organization
  • Managing all coordination with central sourcing/procurement team
  • Anchoring periodical discussion with R&D and regulatory to track approval process for new material and vendor.
  • Working with IT team to develop tools [MRP, etc] for better controls and agility.
  • Testing of system changes, reports, and processes with IT.
  • Developing reliable safety norms to support error free procurement planning at back end and no sale loss at front end with monthly review.
  • Working with the innovation team during New Product Development process and participating in CPS (Critical Path Schedule) meetings.

  • You bring in 8-10 years of professional experience in Procurement and CPG experience is preferred
  • An effective communicator with strong analytical skills using multiple channels to engage

conversation and positive change.

  • You have excellent communication skills, grounded, honest, hardworking and have a vibrant

personality & friendly attitude, positive, inspiring, and motivating person with passion and

drive.
