Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
