We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their insurance options, identifying their needs, and offering comprehensive solutions to protect what matters most. Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Develop relationships with clients, understand their insurance requirements, and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Sales Support: Assist in processing policies, handling inquiries, and resolving client concerns in a timely manner.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry trends, and changes to regulations to provide accurate information to clients.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details in our database.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage by offering additional products that suit their needs.


Requirements

Licensing: A life or property & casualty insurance license is preferred.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the insurance industry, is advantageous.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain detailed records.

Professionalism: Present oneself in a polished and professional manner at all times.
