We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team through the Sales Support Specialist role This person will help provide essential support in setting up accounts, ensuring compliance with routing requirements, and assisting with key account regulations.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Assist operations in the setup of new accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of routing requirements for each account, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations
  • Remain updated on key account rules and regulations, guiding both operations and sales teams to ensure adherence
  • Support the sales team in maintaining existing accounts and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events, showcasing products/services and networking with potential clients
  • Reach out to potential clients to generate leads and expand the customer base
  • Assist the sales team as needed, including preparing sales materials, conducting market research, and facilitating client meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 

To qualify for this job, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 
  • 3-5 years of sales support experience 
  • Ability to travel on occasion 
 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds at times
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
