Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Description: \tSupports company operations by maintaining office systems.
\tOversees general office operations and gives reports to the management
\tCoordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars\tMaintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and completing clerical functions.
\tInvoicing in QuickBooks
\tLight Accounting
\tDocumenting and arranging financial transactions
\tKeeping track of receipts and payments
\tRecording income and expenses
\tBalancing bank accounts
\tCreating financial Reports
\tProvides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
\tMaintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
\tCompletes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
\tKeeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
\tAchieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
\tWorks with the Human Resources team to create standard office policies and onboard new hires
\tOversees guest experience, sorts mail and answers direct phone calls
\tPartners with Human Resources to plans all in-house or off-site activities of the organization
\tContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
