CPA Firm Office Admin

We are seeking a CPA Firm Office Admin to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls & inquiries
- Develop and implement organized filing systems using Cloud-based solutions
- Must be comfortable with modern cloud-based Tech driven environment.
- Candidate should be able to handle some accounting projects and prepare some tax work with direction.
- Perform all other office operations tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in modern office software and technology tools is crucial, including Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks/QBO), practice management systems, and document management software.
Multi-tasking: The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines is essential in a fast-paced CPA firm environment.
Client Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent client service are vital, both within the office and in interactions with clients, visitors, and vendors.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to keep track of multiple projects and tasks are critical for effective office management and support.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential for coordinating with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving is necessary for addressing day-to-day challenges and finding efficient solutions.
