We are seeking a CPA Firm Office Admin to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls & inquiries
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems using Cloud-based solutions
  • Must be comfortable with modern cloud-based Tech driven environment.
  • Candidate should be able to handle some accounting projects and prepare some tax work with direction.
  • Perform all other office operations tasks as required.

Qualifications:

 

  1. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in modern office software and technology tools is crucial, including Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks/QBO), practice management systems, and document management software.

  2. Multi-tasking: The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines is essential in a fast-paced CPA firm environment.

  3. Client Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent client service are vital, both within the office and in interactions with clients, visitors, and vendors.

  4. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to keep track of multiple projects and tasks are critical for effective office management and support.

  5. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential for coordinating with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.

  6. Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving is necessary for addressing day-to-day challenges and finding efficient solutions.
