Toyota of Des Moines is looking for a high-energy, high-quality Business Development Center Manager (BDC) to join our Sales team. The BDC Manager will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, text, and emails with prospective clients, as well as confirming and setting sales appointments along with performing long-term follow-up on unsold prospective clients. (eg..showroom visits, internet leads, incoming phone calls)

The BDC Manager should have some automotive sales and/or marketing experience. Top candidates will be team-oriented professionals with a passion for first-class customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone, text and emails with enthusiasm
  • Logging all customer details and comments in contact management system
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers who “no show” to reschedule missed appointments
  • Update all prospective clients with new promotions and incentives
  • Ensure all leads are followed up with until completion of a sale
  • Respond to a customer’s requests using CRM and other various 3rd party systems
  • Exhibit ethical behavior and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction with all clients and co workers
  • Manage day to day business of the BDC
  • Handle all customer contacts through the CRM, follow up and lead generation programs
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Pay: $18 per hour plus a lucrative commission and bonus

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Professional and personal demeanor
  • Degree in marketing or business (preferred not required)
  • Task oriented and able to take direction
