You will oversee all operational aspects of our construction projects nationwide, managing our talented team, optimizing processes, and embodying our core values. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and hold regular stakeholder meetings to monitor project performance. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of project managers and staff to encourage optimal performance. Ensure staffing requirements are met and that employees are trained and knowledgeable about safety and operational procedures. Operational Excellence: Improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the Koester's vision — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, business process, and organizational planning. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. Safety and Compliance: Uphold and promote the company's dedication to safety, ensuring all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Assist the company safety director to lead a continuous quality improvement process throughout the program and project teams. Client Relations: Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the client well-informed of project progress. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, addressing and rectifying any issues or concerns promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Director of Operations, Senior Project Manager, or similar role, in the commercial construction industry. Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
