  • Role: Real Estate Sales Professional
  • Who: Newly licensed or experienced agents with a passion for building relationships.

Compensation:

$75,500+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

We offer training and coaching for all these responsibilities:


Client Consultation: Understand clients' real estate needs and preferences. Offer expert advice based on local market knowledge.


Buyer/Seller Representation: Advocate for clients in negotiations. Coordinate showings, manage offers, and guide sellers through the process. Help buyers find and negotiate properties.


Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and property values. Provide accurate pricing recommendations and market insights.


Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process, including paperwork, contracts, inspections, and closing details. (Don't like managing paperwork? We've got you covered)


Prospecting for Clients: Actively seek out and secure new clients to grow your business.
