Position: Sales Execution Coordinator (SEC)

Reports to: VP of Sales Support

Location: Any Wil Fischer Companies location

Hours: Monday - Friday, 1 work-from-home day optional after 6 months

Compensation: Salary + PfP


Overview / Objective:

To manage the prioritized selling initiatives of Anheuser-Busch and all of our major suppliers including incentives, execution performance, and tracking, annual businesws plans, and overall support to each of the Sales Leaders to drive sales, share, and profitability results.


Core Responsibilities:

● Live and help drive our Wil Fischer Company Statements of “being one of the best sales and distribution companies in the Unites States".

● Meet/exceed requirements of the SEC role as requested by our primary supplier Anheuser-Busch

● Ensure the AB annual Wholesaler Joint Business Plan (WJBP) priority sales targets are tracked, cascaded out to Sales team and successfully completed.

● Lead AB and primary supplier top-selling programs/initiatives: Ambassadors of Excellence (AoE), Supplier Excellence Program (SEP), Wholesaler Equity Agreement Assessment, and etc.

● Analyze historical on/off-premise in-trade execution with regard to all primary sales targets, provide reports, insights and make recommendations to Sales Leaders.

● Complete Gap Analysis on missed performance targets and develop action plans to close gaps with Sales Leaders.

● Coordinate monthly sales objectives, Pay for Performance and Point Sheets

● Manage all SEC weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual routines/meeting cadence

● Attend AB and other supplier virtual meetings as required and build solid working relationships with clear liaison between suppliers and Wil Fischer.

● Other duties as assigned by Leadership Team

● Utilize specific applications to obtain reporting. VIP, iDIG, KARMA, AB Analytics, ABMarketing


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree

● 2 years of Sales relevant work experience, preferably in the beverage or consumer products industry

● Proven leadership ability/advanced supervisory skills

● Good verbal/written communication skills

● Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) + Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
