Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, connecting with them to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized guidance.
Policy Recommendations: Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance policies that align with their unique requirements.
New Business Development: Actively pursue new leads and prospects to expand our client base.
Policy Renewals: Assist clients in renewing their insurance policies, ensuring they have continuous coverage.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess a valid California Insurance License.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
