This position earns starting rates from $25 - $29/hour based on experience (but you must be RBT). There is an incremental raise after 3 months, 6 months, 1 year then annually. Additional bonus options will be available once the salary cap is met We also offer amazing benefits such as:

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN - RBT
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at The Treetop, you'll enjoy a Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 12 pm and Monday - Wednesday 2 pm-4 pm schedule that allows you to make a difference when it matters most.
As a Registered Behavior Technician - RBT, you'll assist with skill-building activities in a school setting and participate in community outings. Your dedication and passion will shine through as you build a strong rapport with clients and their families, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive
OUR IDEAL REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN - RBT
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- A love and passion for working with children
- Willingness to travel to client homes
- Residence within 30-60 minutes of the city for this job posting
- Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs
