Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA Part-Time

At Surpass Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. We are seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Warner Robins clinic.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA to support clients with a minimum of 2 clients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field, and a minimum of two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
  • Develop reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries
  • Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client's program
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions
  • Develop individualized programming based on the needs of the client as well as the caregiver
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB, required
  • Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
  • Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion
